Iwas recently at Solo Maria and I had a fabulous time. My husband and I went to celebrate our 25th anniversity. We began with the bruschetta/bottle of wine and finsihed off with momma's famous tiramisu. I then decided to eat a cream caramel because the people siting next to us could not stop raving about it. The service was great, the food delicious. You can tell that momma puts her love into those dishes. My husband and I just loved it. We will most diffenately be back. Barvo Momma.............
Mamma's a healthy chef, light food, without all the added preservatives, simulated flavors, tenderizers, I guess thats why the who of who's come to see Mamma. Healthy eating - period.
I was there recently and had the best bread ever, it turned out that Maria makes her own bread ! I have been very pleased with every meal that I had at this restaurant and I have to say that I am very hard to satisfy as I appreciate gourmet cooking ...
