On Sunday Jan 1st I bought pastries at the Aurora store and asked if they were fresh. The server assured me they were fresh. To my disappointment when I went to serve them, they were stale. This is the second time that I have purchased items that have been stale. I called the manager and he told me it wasn't possible. He said that the items had been delivered that morning. I am disappointed with the attitude- he said he would not argue with me and to bring them back and he would give me a refund. I am 82 years old and it is not easy for me to get around. I was unable to get back to the store.... and frankly he has no customer service skills. Abrupt and doesn"t seem to accept criticism easily. Bad attitude. I spent $25 this time and $50 another time and I must say, it will be a long time before I go back. I am on a limited income and treat my family to this as often as I can afford. I can not afford to throw out food nor run back and forth to the store. Thank you for reading my concerns D ..More Reviews
