Last night I went with my family to the store located at Thornhill 8187 Yonge Street. The time I entered to the store was 930. I had four coupons (from licks packs which you buy from grocery stores). Each coupon is good for a free home burger if I buy a large fries and medium pop. I have asked that if I can have one hot dug instead of one the burgers which is less expensive so usually should be OK with store. The cashier who her name was Anastasya or something close this name, told me that she should stick with the coupon and cannot do this! Then she charged me for 4 large pops instead of 4 medium pops when I asked why, she said they do not have medium size and I told her that as you said just stick with the coupon and whatever coupon says. (If you do not have medium size it is your problem give cannot charge me for large size). She called another girl who seems the manager and the manager was so rude, I noticed that during my conversation there were people behind me and I said, whatever just give me the food and charge my credit card. I do not want to argue for couple of bucks while keeping other people waited. After she charged me and we had a dressing, she told me we cannot have the food in store and we should go out. I responded that she should tell me upfront. And I saw another rudeness right there from the cashier. Finally we end up going out with two big bags of all four burgers and 3 and half burned fries and wrong pops! I have to add that there was a third girl there who was doing the dressing and she was apologizing all the time. I believe she was the only reasonable person there. This was not my first time going to Licks, but definitely the last time. Now I understand why Licks is going down and down. ..More Reviews
